Time wasted and 0% patience left. I was sent a link by provider, and had to reset password in which they send you back to the beginning. There's no way to set up a password. So round and round you go trying to find the right page to have the same response through email.
The password reset process links back to the play store and does not work. People have been complaining about this for months. The last update to the app was back in September, 2021. Are you ever going to fix this? App is unusable!
Can't login or reset password on androids pocket portal...just opens the app store
Does not allow you to create an account or reset password. Redirect link creates a loop that renders the app unusable for first time users.

As everyone else has stated - this app is useless! Doctors office sent me an email to check-in online using this platform. They gave me a practice url and a username but no password. I've attempted numerous times, but keep going in circles! It takes ne back to this page! What a horrible app! 🤬
The reset user password is still broken as of 4/23/22. Useless unless this is fixed.

Does not work. The link to change your password just takes you right back to the app. There is no way to change the password. Agree with all the other 1 star reviews
